Price Promise Our Price Promise guarantees that the monthly cost of JCS will never increase by more than inflation (RPI) only in May of each year. This enables you to expect and plan for your monthly budgets year on year. All current JCS users are entitled and encouraged to use the latest version of the software, which can be downloaded using the JCS Maintenance Programme. We believe that you should expect software updates as part of your monthly payment and any enhancements that you suggest if included, should be provided by us as part of the standard software at no extra charge. There may occasionally be circumstances where we may charge for additional features.
